Fit Mum classes are designed to create a community of other mums who are wanting to look & feel great and have the support and encouragement from other like minded mums.

If you are preferring a more personalised approach to your health, the Zoe offers 1-1 personal training session, specifically tailored to help you to reach your goals. 

NUTRITION COACHING 

You are what you eat, 80% of your results comes from the food that you are eating on a daily basis. Zoe can wor with you to create healthy habits with your food.

Our company is founded by Zoe Oates a registered Nutritionist. Zoe has 7 years experience in the health and wellness industry and is super passionate about the off we eat & how they effect how we look & feel on a daily basis. Since applying the principles of a plant based lifestyle Zoe has seen some amazing results from winning 1st place as a bodybuilder, muscle gain, fat loss, more energy and the latest having a healthy pregnancy, to delivering a healthy baby girl
